I was eagerly awaiting the second season of the Netflix miniseries The Crown. After binge-watching the first season, I was completely captivated. If you haven’t seen it, season one follows the young Queen Elizabeth beginning before her accession in 1952 and continuing through 1955. The series is exclusive to Netflix, so if you’re a subscriber, be sure to add it to your watchlist.
The performances are outstanding and the cast chemistry is excellent. The show is richly produced, with strong writing and attention to period detail. It’s highly watchable and easy to binge, so plan ahead—you might find it hard to stop once you start.
